Zucchini Bread

3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups zucchini
3 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder

Beat eggs until foamy.
Add oil, sugar, zucchini, and vanilla. Beat until well blended.
Add flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder.
Pour into two loaf pans.
Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.
