Braided Bread

6 1/2 cups bread flour
2 tsp salt
1 stick unsalted butter
2 1/2 cups milk
1 pkg yeast
2 tsp sugar

Mix bread flour and salt.  Melt butter.  Add milk, yeast, and sugar.  Stir until mixed.  Mix two mixtures together and kneed until bubble. 
Put in a greased bowl and cover let rise for 1 hour.  Shape into braid.  Brush with egg.  Rise 30 min. 
Bake 375 degrees for 30 min.
