Pie Crust

3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups shortening
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vinegar
1 egg

Blend these together (top 3); then 1 eggs, add 6 tbs cold water, vinegar.  Add to other ingredients. If sticky, add alittle flour to handle.  Refrigerating helps handling consistency.

Servings: 2 crust pies and 1 small bottom
