Good Stew

meat

flour
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tbs olive oil
1 onion chopped
2 tbs garlic
2 tsp thyme
2 tsp rosemary
2 1/2 cups beef broth
1 cup red wine
1 bay leaf
baby potatoes
celery
carrots
green beans
any other veggies on hand

Rost meat with flour, 1 tsp each of salt and pepper at 325 degrees. Brown in 2 tbs of olive oil. Add in onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, beef broth, bay leaf, and red wine. Add baby potatoes, celery, carrots, green beans and other veggies. Cover and bake another hour until potatoes are tender.
